Elevation Running (ER) is your one-stop resource for optimal running performance: injury prevention, strength training, efficient running form, and recovery. Founded by two former NCAA Division I runners, we at ER wish to share our passion for health, performance, and building the ultimate running machine with you!
ER provides the resources to both enhance your performance and remain free from common repetitive injuries. We take a unique approach to success, as we stress the intrinsic aspects of movement: form, mobility, and flexibility. ER's philosophies are rooted in science, and we apply evidence-based research to the application of our guidance to address truly correctable aspects of athletic performance.
At ER, we combine the knowledge of 15 years in the sports-medicine field with over 20 years of
high-performance aerobic competition at the local-elite level. We hold ourselves to the same high standards that we hold your goals and success.
